Scoring System

First Round (Thursday-Friday, March 21-22): 
1 point PLUS seed*

Second Round (Saturday-Sunday, March 23-24): 
2 points PLUS seed*

Sweet 16 (March 28-29): 
4 points PLUS seed*

Elite 8 (March 30-31): 
8 points PLUS seed*

Final 4 (April 6): 
10 points PLUS seed*

Finals (April 8): 
12 points PLUS seed*

*PLUS seed - The seed of the winning team is added to the correct pick total. Example - If the 12th seed wins and your weight is 1, then 13 points would be credited for the win.

How to WIN

Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to the pool on CBS Sports.
If you don't already have a cbssports login, you will be prompted to create one. This is how we know who you are. If requested, the contest password is "LSM".

Step 2: Follow the instructions and make your picks!
Note: The 61st through 64th teams will be determined by the first four (4) games of the Tournament, played on March 19th and 20th. Those games will not be counted in this Sweepstakes. You'll have access to make any changes until 12:00 noon ET on March 21, 2024 and a copy of your picks plus other contest entries will always be viewable on this site.

Step 3: Send your payment of $5/entry by mail (or in person on 3/21 in State College)
